Comment your best pub poem (clean versions only) 18+, UK ONLY, enter before 23:00pm on Sunday 11th September 2022. 

Prize draws terms and conditions – Poem drink giveaway 

1. This promotion is open to residents of United Kingdom aged 18 or over. 

2. Promotion period - Enter between 9:00amPMBST/GMT on 09/11/22 and 23:00 PMBST/GMT 11/09/22. 

3. No purchase necessary; however internet access and a valid Facebook account is required. 

4. To Enter. Comment on our promotional post telling your best pub poem. Sharing this post is optional. 

5. Maximum one entry per person throughout the promotion period 

6. The Prizes: 
A free drink * any pint of draft lager, cider or ale or 175ml glass of red, white, rose wine *

7. Prize conditions 

A. You must claim your prize by 30/11/22

B. The prize is awarded to the entrant only 

8. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. 

9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. 

10. Winner selection: 

- all valid entries received by the promoter during the promotion period will be entered into a prize draw, to be conducted within 7 working days of the closing date. 

11. Winner notification: 

- the winner will be contacted via a direct message to their Facebook account within 7 working days of the draw and will be required to respond as instructed to within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited. OR an alternative winner will be selected using the same method. 

12. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. 

13. This promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering the promotion all participants agree to a complete liability release for Facebook. 

14. If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

15. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. 

16. The promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
